Antara Fashion Hall in Polanco, Parque Delta in Narvarte, and Perisur in the south all do brisk business on a weekend, food courts included — a different trajectory than the American mall’s decline. Worth a stop for the air conditioning and the people-watching as much as the shopping itself.
